one thing i want my frens to benefit from is from my experience
my experience has taught me a lot about diet, lifestyle, mind and soul and the impact on oneself
first, we need to be constantly aware that our body is a beautiful and amazing creation
next, it is because of this amazing body that we are able to do things we like. for example, watching movies, eating the food we like, dancing.. u noe, the simplest and most complex of all things
thus, we need to be responsible for it and take good care of the body.
there are a few things that you can do to treat your body well
1) say thank you to your body.
2) close your eyes and feel the vibrations in your fingers, hands, feet, mouth and let these vibrations flow throughout. feel your heartbeat. know that you're alive.
3) brush your teeth well. take time to shower and bathe yourself.
4) feed it with good organic healthy food
5) sleep before 11pm and wake up early.
6) spend some quiet time alone, taking deep breaths to your lungs and abdomen
everyone usually is busy and feels the need to do something. but please spend some quality time on your body. it will pay off.
